It’s based around seven key areas of wellbeing – the wellbeing mindset, physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial and vocational – to help you discover how to run on a full tank.

Your Wellbeing Check-up

Your personal wellbeing is key to your satisfaction, contentment and joy in life. In this self-assessment, you will be presented with a series of questions to help you rate your current wellbeing in six key areas, and a couple of more general questions. When you have completed the self-assessment, you will receive a simple overview of your current level of wellbeing, as well as an indication of where you might need an increase in wellbeing in your life. We’ll provide you with some suggestions to help you on a journey of increasing wellbeing.
